Pay Invoice or Retainer

CREDIT CARD/ECHECK PAYMENTS

You can easily pay your invoice or retainer balance with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card, as well as direct debit eCheck, using the secure links below. Please note that clicking either button will take you to a separate secure site to process the transaction. You will be able to specify the amount of your payment on that page. The name field is required so that the firm can track payments properly. You may enter an invoice number if you have it but is not required. A transaction receipt will be emailed to the email address provided by you.

The “Pay Invoice” link is for fees and costs which have been billed and earned by Basile Law Office, LLC. If you are a new client, or replenishing your retainer balance, please select the “Pay Retainer” unless you have been instructed otherwise in a communication from Basile Law Office.

The “Pay Retainer” link is for new client matters or funds being requested that are to be placed into the trust account of the firm for future fees and costs. If you are a new client, or replenishing your retainer balance, please select the “Pay Retainer” unless you have been instructed otherwise in a communication from Basile Law Office.

*A payment does not create an attorney-client relationship and one should not be inferred by the recipient. Such a relationship may only be created by both a written retainer agreement with Basile Law Office, LLC, signed by the attorney and potential client, and payment of agreed-upon fees.
