ABOUT RAY BASILE
Ray Basile routinely represents clients located throughout the State of Indiana, as well as those located in the Midwest. His practice focuses on both transactional and litigation matters. Ray spends a significant portion of his practice assisting clients buying and selling businesses, real estate and business personal property, as well as assisting construction contractors in drafting and negotiating prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and other similar documents. His practice also includes assisting in the formation of businesses and advising them on contracts, employment and other matters. He also regularly represents businesses and individuals in civil litigation relating to construction, real estate and business issues.
Ray Basile has been a practicing attorney in the State of Indiana since 1999 after graduating from the Indiana University School of Law. When not assisting his clients with their important legal matters, Mr. Basile enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and playing baseball and volleyball. For many years, Ray was a devoted coach and volunteer for Special Olympics Indiana and, until retiring from coaching, was the varsity high school girls’ volleyball coach for the Triton Central Tigers and Director of the Tiger Volleyball Club, devoting many of his evenings and weekends throughout the year to teaching the game of volleyball.
